This was the first time I tried your business. The arrangement looked lovely and unique on line ... cardinals, roses, spider mums, seasonal greens, birch branches and a whitewashed wooden box. I chose the deluxe option because I wanted it to be special. In reality it was a cheap and poorly composed substitute. One cardinal, no birch I could see, few old roses, no spider mums and daisies the cheapest flower ever ... all in a brown thin plywood box ... in which the arrangement slid around. I was embarrassed to have sent it. It would have been better to send nothing. I am sure you will not publish this review. You fooled me once. I had high hopes for your new shop ... thought you would be stylish and fresh as advertised. I basically threw almost $150.00 out the window. I am sure you will be hearing from the Ortolans as well.
